Pulso is a private beta, run by one person, given away free. These terms are short because the arrangement is simple.
An invitation to use something unfinished. It does what the landing page says it does, and I use it daily for my own collection, but it is young. Features will change. Occasionally something will break.
Nothing. You get a set number of watch lookups to explore with, and adding watches you already own is free. Those lookups cost me real money in API fees, which is the only reason there is a limit at all. If Pulso ever charges, you will hear before it happens, and nothing you have already been given will be taken away.
Pulso researches what a watch is worth and shows you a figure. That figure is produced by an AI reading public listings, and it is not reliable enough to bet on. The same watch has come back priced between £8,000 and £13,950 across repeat lookups. Anything the app worked out for itself is labelled Estimated, and a number you typed yourself never is.
Do not use it as an insurance valuation, a sale price, or advice about what to buy. It is a starting point for your own judgement, and the insurance export says as much on its face.
You own what you put in. I do not claim any right to it, I will not use it to train anything, and you can export it yourself at any time from the Insights tab.
I can change how it works, pause it, or close an account that is abusing it. If I ever shut Pulso down, I will give you notice and a way to take your collection with you.
This is free software from one person, offered as it is. I back it up nightly and I test it, but I cannot promise it will never lose data or never be unavailable, and I am not able to take on liability for losses that follow from using it. Keep your own record of anything that would genuinely hurt to lose.
